Pork and Bok Choy on Oyster sauce

1 | pound | pork belly or sirlion, slice thinly |
4 | cup | bok choy, cut into 1 inch |
2 | tablespoon | chinesse red wine vinegar |
4 | tablespoon | soy sauce |
2 | tablespoon | All-purpose flour |
1 | piece | medium size onion, diced |
4 | tablespoon | oyster sauce |
1/4 | cup | water |
2 | tablespoon | cooking oil |
Procedure
- Mix well the pork with soy sauce, red wine vinegar and flour and marinate for 10 minutes.
- In frying pan, heat the oil over high heat until it is just smoking.
- Add-in pork and sear them on all sides until browned.
- Add onion and saute till translucent. put-in the bok choy and cooked for 2 minutes
- Add in oyster sauce and water, mix well to cover all ingredient with sauce. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- To thicken the sauce mix 1 tablespoon flour dissolve with tablespoon water into sauce.
