Sweet and sour pork

| 1 | pound | Pork shoulder or butt cut in serving pieces |
| 1/3 | cup | vinegar |
| 2 | piece | medium size Potatoes, cube |
| 2 | piece | Bell peppers, cube |
| 1 | piece | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | piece | Carrot, cube |
| 1 | tablespoon | cooking oil |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 2 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar |
| 2 | tablespoon | All-purpose flour |
Procedure
- Put oil to a medium saucepan or skillet, then add the meat, water, and onions and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the meat is very tender and breaks apart easily.
- Add potatoes, peppers, carrot, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar.
- Cover and simmer for another 15 minutes to allow the vegetables time to cook and absorb the flavor.
- Add flour (dissolved in water) to the broth to make gravy.
