Sweet and sour pork

Ingredient
1 pound Pork shoulder or butt cut in serving pieces
  1/3 cup vinegar
2 piece medium size Potatoes, cube
2 piece Bell peppers, cube
1 piece Onion, chopped
1 piece Carrot, cube
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon All-purpose flour

 

Procedure

  1. Put oil to a medium saucepan or skillet, then add the meat, water, and onions and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the meat is very tender and breaks apart easily.
  2. Add potatoes, peppers, carrot, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar.
  3. Cover and simmer for another 15 minutes to allow the vegetables time to cook and absorb the flavor.
  4. Add flour (dissolved in water)  to the broth to make gravy.
