Pork chops with dry rubs
Ingredients
1 pound pork chop
olive oil
For Dry rub
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon cayenne
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper

Procedure
- Dry rub: Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
- Pat dry the pork chops and drizzle with olive oil
- Rub the pork chop (each) with 1 tablespoon of dry rub mixture.
- Marinate it for at least 3 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place the pork in baking sheet and cook for 40-50 minutes.
- Serve with Java rice.
