Ingredient
3 tablespoon cooking oil
1 piece onion, chopped
2 clove garlic,minced
1 piece tomato,chopped
1/2 pound pork loin
1/4 pound squash,cube into 1.5 inch
1/4 pound zucchini,cut crosswise bite size
1/4 pound okra
1/4 pound
1/4 pound eggplant, cut crosswise bite size
1 piece small size bitter melon
2 tablespoon shrimp paste

 

Procedure

  1. Heat the cooking oil in pan over medium high heat, saute the garlic, ginger, onion, and tomato
  2. Add the pork and cook until color turns light brown (about 8 minutes)
  3. Put-in the shrimp paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is tender
  5. Put-in the squash and cook for 7 minutes or until texture becomes soft
  6. Add the remaining vegetables and mix with the other ingredients.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes or until all the vegetables are cooked. (Do not overcook the vegetables)
  8. Serve hot with steamed white rice.
