Ingredients

1 pound pork chop
olive oil

For Dry rub

3 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons paprika
1 tablespoon cayenne
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon granulated onion
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
Procedure
  1. Dry rub: Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Pat dry the pork chops and drizzle with olive oil
  3. Rub the pork chop (each) with 1 tablespoon of dry rub mixture.
  4. Marinate it for at least 3  hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  6. Place the pork in baking sheet and cook for 40-50 minutes.
  7. Serve with Java rice.
