Ginataang Mais

| 1/2 | cup | Sweet rice |
| 2 | cup | coconut milk |
| 1 | cup | sweet corn |
| 3/4 | cup | sugar |
| 5 | cup | water |
| Procedure | ||
- In a pan, combine all the ingredients except for the corn.
- Once the coconut milk is boiling, stir the mixture to prevent the glutinous rice from sticking.
- Set the heat to low and let the rice cook while stirring once in a while. it will take about 15-20 minutes.
- Add corn.
- Let it simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold.
