Fried Cassava

Ingredients
  • 1 cassava or yucca root
  • ½ cup sugar
  • cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Grate the peeled cassava root.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Heat the pan with cooking oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Take 2 tablespoon of mixture and press into burger patty size.
  5. Fry both side till golden brown. Place in paper towel to remove excess oil.
  6. Ready to serve.
