Fried Cassava

- 1 cassava or yucca root
- ½ cup sugar
- cooking oil
- Grate the peeled cassava root.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Heat the pan with cooking oil over medium-high heat.
- Take 2 tablespoon of mixture and press into burger patty size.
- Fry both side till golden brown. Place in paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Ready to serve.
