Cassava Cake

Ingredient
2 cup grated cassava (yucca)
1 can coconut milk 14ounce
1 can evaporated milk 12ounce
2 piece eggs
  1/4 cup butter, melted
6 tablespoon cheddar cheese, grated
1 can condensed milk, 14ounce

 

Procedure

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Stir all  ingredient in a bowl until thoroughly combined; pour into a baking dish.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  4. Switch the oven’s broiler on and bake under the broiler until the top of the cake is browned, 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Cool completely in refrigerator before serving
